NHS Coronavirus Advice

It’s possibly true to say that the Coronavirus outbreak of 2020 will be talked about for a long time to come.

Whilst this isn’t strictly a news item relating to the law we believe it’s important that we help those who maybe searching for information with respect to the Coronavirus, more specifically known as Covid-19.

We have taken information from the NHS website, as of March 2020, and listed the relevant points below;

1. Stay at home to minimise the risk of spreading the virus
2. Only leave your home to shop for essential items such as food and medicine
3. Take one form of exercise per day either alone or with members of your household
4. Only leave home if you require medical care or are helping a vulnerable person
5. You should only travel to work if this is absolutely necessary

Furthermore the advice states that;

• You should wash your hands frequently, for at least 20 seconds
• Use soap and water, or hand sanitiser where this is unavailable
• If you have left home wash your hands as soon as you return
• Always cover your nose and mouth when you cough or sneeze. Do not use your hands
• Dispose of used tissues immediately and then wash your hands
